Industrial cleaning is priced after a site assessment, as scope, access, and safety requirements vary widely. The rate below applies to day-work; contract rates are agreed separately.

If any area included in your clean does not meet the agreed standard, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This covers Multrex workmanship on the agreed scope — it does not extend to pre-existing staining, damage present before the clean, areas excluded from the scope, or issues arising from subsequent use of the property.
