These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Multrex Maintenance Ltd (“Multrex”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides cleaning, property maintenance and facilities management services. By requesting or using our services you agree to these terms.

Services and quotations
We will provide the services described in your quote or agreed in writing. Prices shown on our website are indicative starting points; a confirmed quote is provided once we understand the scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where work differs from the agreed scope, additional charges may apply and will be discussed with you first.
Bookings and access
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property and to inform us of any hazards or special requirements in advance. If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, a cancellation charge may apply.
Pricing and payment
Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made at short notice may incur a charge to cover costs already committed. Specific notice periods may be set out in your service agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and the work required.
- Ensure the work area is reasonably accessible and safe.
- Secure or remove valuable or fragile items where appropriate.
Our liability and insurance
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill and maintain appropriate business insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our control.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any work, please contact us promptly at info@multrex.co.uk so we can put things right. We aim to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
