Regular cleaning can't remove thick limescale; it requires descaling products and the time to work them properly. A deep clean tackles this properly rather than cleaning around it.

Our deep clean pricing reflects the actual work involved. We don't charge a flat rate regardless of condition — a property that has been maintained regularly will take less time and cost less to deep clean than one that hasn't been properly cleaned in a year.

Condition
The worse the build-up, the longer it takes to address properly. We price for what we actually find.
Furnished or unfurnished
Furnished properties take longer — more surfaces and items require individual attention.

Add-ons

We quote for the full deep clean and book a date. Larger properties or heavily soiled ones may take a full day, so we always allow adequate time.
Working strictly top to bottom and room by room, every surface is cleaned in sequence. Ceiling corners, light fittings, and tops of units first; then walls, shelves, and appliance surfaces; finally floors.
Kitchens and bathrooms receive intensive treatment: limescale removal, degreasing, disinfection, grout scrubbing, and appliance cleaning inside and out.
We walk the property with you at the end so you can check every room and raise anything before we leave.
