Fine plaster dust hangs in the air and resettles for days. Expect to run a damp-cloth pass a few days after any builders clean — or book a follow-up visit.
Ventilate while the site dries out
Fresh plaster and screed release a lot of moisture. Keep rooms ventilated for the first weeks to prevent condensation and mould getting a foothold.
Leave protective film on until the end
Keep manufacturer film on new windows, appliances, and worktops until all trades are finished — it's the best defence against scratches during snagging.

If any area included in your clean does not meet the agreed standard, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This covers Multrex workmanship on the agreed scope — it does not extend to pre-existing staining, damage present before the clean, areas excluded from the scope, or issues arising from subsequent use of the property.
