Items We Cannot Accept
Hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, solvents, paints, oils), clinical or medical waste, and items requiring specialist handling cannot be collected as part of a general clearance. We'll advise on the correct licensed disposal route for these materials.

All waste collected by Multrex Maintenance Ltd is removed and disposed of through licensed waste transfer stations. We are a registered waste carrier, which means we can legally transport and dispose of household and commercial waste. Fly-tipping is not only illegal but carries a significant fine for the business commissioning the clearance — not just the individual carrying it out. Using a licensed waste carrier protects you.
We separate items for recycling where possible — metals, large electricals and furniture in usable condition are directed to appropriate facilities rather than landfill. We'll provide a waste transfer note on request.
