Specialist Scope
A separate service from general warehouse cleaning
Accumulated bird droppings can create biological exposure when contaminated dust or droplets become airborne. We therefore do not treat pigeon-guano removal as an ordinary deep clean or quote it from floor area alone.
Multrex delivers this work directly where the survey confirms that a suitable method, access plan, welfare provision and waste route can be established. The agreed scope may cover deposits, associated nesting debris and a controlled clean of affected surfaces in vacant warehouse areas.
Bird-proofing is surveyed and quoted separately. The survey must establish the entry points, proposed system, fixing locations, access method and any ecological constraints before installation is offered.

How the work is planned
Survey and task-specific RAMS
We assess the extent and condition of contamination, building hazards, access, dust or aerosol risk, welfare, waste handling and emergency arrangements before agreeing the method.
Controlled work area
Exclusion zones, access controls and dust-suppression measures are selected for the site. High-level areas are included only where a suitable access method can be established.
PPE, RPE and welfare
Protective clothing, gloves, footwear, eye protection and respiratory protection are specified by the assessment. For work requiring APF 20 respiratory protection, suitable options include FFP3 or P3-filter equipment, subject to fit testing and the planned duration.
Classified waste route
Waste is described and classified before movement, accepted by an authorised facility, transported by a registered carrier and accompanied by the transfer or consignment record required for its classification.
