What You Can Expect
From your first call to the finished job, here is how our tv mounting service works.
Tell us your TV size, the wall type if you know it, and where you'd like it mounted.
We advise on the right bracket and height, and book a convenient time.
The wall is checked for cables and pipes, then the bracket is fixed securely with the correct fixings.
Your TV is mounted, levelled, and connected, with cables concealed as agreed.
We test everything, clean up the drilling dust, and make sure you're happy with the position.

Eye level is lower than you think
The centre of the screen should sit roughly at seated eye level — around 1 to 1.2 metres from the floor for most sofas. TVs mounted too high cause neck strain.
Never guess what's in the wall
Cables and pipes often run vertically above and below sockets and switches. Always scan before drilling — hitting a cable is dangerous and expensive.
Plasterboard needs the right fixings
A large TV on standard wall plugs in plasterboard will not stay up. Proper heavy-duty anchors or fixing into the studs is essential.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
All installation work carried out by Multrex Maintenance Ltd is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the completion date. If a fault arises from our work within this period, we will return to rectify it at no charge. This guarantee covers Multrex labour and workmanship — it does not cover customer-supplied materials found to be faulty, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or pre-existing conditions identified at the time of the job.
