Retune after channel changes
Broadcast frequencies change from time to time. If channels disappear, run a full retune on your TV or box before assuming the aerial is at fault.
Pixelation in bad weather
Occasional break-up during storms can be normal, but constant pixelation usually means a weak signal, tired cable, or corroded connections worth inspecting.
Check the simple things first
Loose fly leads behind the TV cause a surprising share of 'no signal' calls — push connections home firmly before booking a visit.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
Repair and maintenance work carried out by Multrex Maintenance Ltd is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the completion date. If the same fault recurs due to our workmanship within this period, we will return to investigate and rectify it at no charge. This guarantee covers Multrex labour — it does not cover faults arising from pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after completion.
