Tap, Sink & Toilet Installation
Kitchen and bathroom fittings get constant use, and a dripping tap or a running toilet quietly wastes water day after day. We fit replacement taps, install new sinks and basins, and replace or repair toilets across Thurrock, London, Kent, Essex and surrounding areas. From a leaking mixer to a wobbly basin or a toilet that won't stop filling, we'll put it right and leave everything working cleanly.
Toilet repairs often come down to a failed fill valve, a worn flush mechanism or a cracked seat, all of which we can replace, and we fix persistent drips at taps and connections rather than leaving them to worsen. Pricing depends on the fittings, any parts required and the state of the existing pipework, so get in touch and we'll provide a quote.
Our Process
What You Can Expect
From your first call to the finished job, here is how our tap, sink & toilet installation service works.
Tell us what you need — a new tap, a replacement sink or basin, a toilet fitting, or a repair such as a drip or a running toilet.
Send photos of the fitting and the pipework or isolation valves underneath so we can bring the right parts and connectors.
We confirm a price and book a slot, sourcing taps, valves, flush kits or seats to suit, or fitting items you've already bought.
We isolate the water, remove the old fitting, and install and connect the new tap, sink, basin or toilet.
We restore the supply, test for leaks and correct flow, and check the flush and fill work properly before we finish.
Insider Advice
Helpful Hints & Tips
Know where your isolation valves are
Most taps and toilets have a small isolation valve on the supply pipe. Being able to shut off just that fitting means a sudden drip doesn't mean turning off the whole house.
A running toilet wastes more than you think
A toilet that keeps filling can waste hundreds of litres a day. It's usually a worn fill valve or flush washer — a cheap part that pays for itself quickly.
Don't over-tighten a dripping tap
Forcing a dripping tap shut damages the washer or cartridge and makes the leak worse. Replacing the worn part is not extra pressure on the handle.
