Stanford-le-Hope has a housing mix that broadly falls into two groups: the older, pre-war and early post-war properties along and near the High Street and in the established residential streets, and the larger 1970s and 1980s estates that expanded the town significantly during those decades. These two groups present distinctly different decorating requirements. Older town-centre properties often have papered walls and ceilings with textured finishes, cornicing that needs careful cutting in, and timber features that have seen many coats of paint. From our Tilbury base, Stanford-le-Hope is well within our regular working area, and we carry out both interior and exterior decorating projects across the town.
