Helpful Hints & Tips
Ovens clean easier while slightly warm
A barely warm (switched off!) oven releases grease more readily. Regular light cleans prevent the burnt-on build-up that needs a full deep treatment.
Defrost the freezer before an inside-fridge clean
If you'd like the freezer done too, empty it and switch off in good time — ice takes hours to melt and can't be safely chipped away.
Streak-free windows
Clean glass on an overcast day if you can — direct sun dries the solution too fast and leaves streaks before it can be buffed off.
Our Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area included in your clean does not meet the agreed standard, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This covers Multrex workmanship on the agreed scope — it does not extend to pre-existing staining, damage present before the clean, areas excluded from the scope, or issues arising from subsequent use of the property.

Why Multrex
Add-Ons Done in the Same Visit — No Extra Booking
Oven cleaning, upholstery, fridge freezer deep clean — added to any regular or one-off clean, done by the same team.
Oven Deep Cleaning
We degrease oven interiors including shelves, door glass, and the grill pan — using non-caustic products safe for use around food. A properly cleaned oven heats more efficiently and doesn't smoke on first use.
Fridge Freezer Clean
Interior wiped down, drawers removed and washed, seals cleaned, exterior polished. Included as an add-on to any deep clean or end of tenancy clean — or booked separately if the fridge is the only job needed.
Upholstery Cleaning
Sofas, armchairs, mattresses, and fabric headboards cleaned with hot water extraction or dry-clean method depending on fabric type. Check the care label — if it says W, we can extract. If it says S, we dry-clean.
