Our Approach
We assessed the rug's fibre type and treated it using professional hot water extraction equipment with settings appropriate for the rug construction, lifting embedded soiling without damaging the pattern or colouration.
Work Completed
The rug was pre-vacuumed thoroughly on both sides, assessed for fibre type, pre-sprayed with an appropriate cleaning solution and cleaned using extraction equipment calibrated for rug cleaning. A pile-lifting grooming pass was completed to restore definition and texture.
