The Brief
A private landlord required all carpets throughout the property to be deep cleaned to a re-lettable standard following the end of a four-year tenancy. The outgoing tenants had a dog, and the landlord needed the carpets to be presentable and odour-free for viewings.

Work Completed
All carpets in the property were cleaned: lounge, hallway, staircase (full flight), landing and entrance threshold. Each area was pre-vacuumed, pre-treated with appropriate pre-spray solutions and cleaned using hot water extraction equipment. Pet odour treatment was applied to the lounge and staircase carpets.
